From day one, my experience with Dr. Aycock and her staff was incredible. I notified Kiana that I wanted to have my procedure relatively soon as I am moving in the next couple of months and wanted to make sure I had adequate time to heal. Within a day or two, my consultation was schedule. During my consultation, Dr. Aycock was straight forward and answered all of my questions practically before I could ask. After approval for surgery, I was able to be scheduled quickly for the procedure. Tracy and Kiana both were very speedy with paperwork and insurance questions which helped put me more at ease. While in recovery, I experienced an allergic reaction and Kiana was always sure to text and call to check in to make sure I was improving. Even though their office is small, this helps maintain the personal nature of surgery and creates a sense of ease and comfort through the entire process from consultation to post-op. Couldn't recommend these ladies any more. Thank you for such a great experience.

Got the results I wanted in an incredibly timely manner compared to other avenues I was looking at. Dr. Aycock was amazing and answered all my questions and addressed every concern. Her team, Tracy and Kiana, are the sweetest and nicest people I've ever encountered in a medical setting. They all really cared about my experience and my recovery. They were very responsive and timely during the whole process, especially while getting all my paperwork in order. Loved the entire experience and highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aycock. She was kind, patient, attentive and made me feel really safe and secure on surgery day. I saw some reviews that said they didn’t like her bed side manner and I felt I had a different experience. I had a consultation where we discussed what I wanted and come the pre op, I had misremembered and thought we were doing something else. She took the time to go through everything again and we came up the best decision that I’m so so happy with. I never felt pressured to go a certain way and she really listened to what I wanted. I can tell she’s thinking and considering what I’m saying when we’re talking which I appreciated.

I went to Dr Aycock after seeing first hand her comforting bedside manner from a healthcare providers view. As her patient she made me feel safe in her care. I was impressed that she text me the day after surgery to check in. I always felt like I could reach out if I had concerns during recovery. It's really reassuring to know if I needed something she would be the one following up. I'm happy with the results and will go back if I decide on any further plastic surgery.

I underwent an extensive elective cosmetic surgery with Dr. Aycock 7 weeks ago and she has exceeded my expectations. As a Dermatogy PA, I was extremely concerned about my incisions and scarring prior to the procedure, but all of my scars are exquisite and almost unnoticeable.
